A MESSAGE FROM THE CEO
My name is Justine "Tina" Chase. I’m a wife, a mother, a former foster parent, and the founder of Omega Home Care. But more than any title, I’m someone who believes—with my whole heart—that every adult with developmental disabilities deserves experiences to live their lives ultimately.

From Business to Purpose
Before founding Omega, I spent years working in commercial real estate for companies like Lockheed Martin and Comcast. I was a qualified professional with a strong business background—but nothing prepared me for the calling that would change my life.

My husband and I had been fostering children with special needs, and he had a gift—teaching tennis in a way that was deeply therapeutic and relational. We started to see what care could look like when it was full of joy, connection, and dignity. I knew then that I wanted to build something different—not just for the kids who came through our home, but for adults with developmental disabilities who deserved more than the system usually offers.

Why I Started Omega
In 2018, I started Omega. Our first client came in 2020. I didn’t earn a dollar until 2021. But I never stopped, because this was never about profit—it was about people. I named the company “Omega” because omega means ultimate, and that’s exactly what we aim to deliver: the ultimate living experience.

It’s About the People
I believe you’re nothing without the right staff. We don’t just hire—we pray for the right people. I spend the money where it matters most: on our clients and the amazing team that cares for them. When staff feel seen, valued, and appreciated, they stay—and that kind of consistency changes lives.

“I wish I had started Omega 20 years ago. This work has changed my life—
and I know it’s changing the lives of the people we serve.”
— Justine "Tina" Chase, Founder & CEO
