Our Personal Supports services are designed for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities who live in their own homes or with family. Through compassionate, one-on-one support, we help individuals build independent living skills, connect meaningfully with their communities, and receive the care they need to thrive every day—including overnight and enhanced supports when needed.

Whether it’s learning daily routines, getting out into the world, or having a trusted team by your side at night, our services are flexible and tailored to what matters most to the person. From grocery store runs and self-care to socializing and skill-building—we are always guided by the values of choice, respect, dignity, self-determination and purposeful living. Every visit is shaped by the participant’s Person-Centered Plan, ensuring support isn’t just helpful—it’s empowering.

Need additional support? Omega offers enhanced 1:1 care, 2:1 staffing, and overnight assistance based on the individual’s personal plan and health needs. We work closely with families, Coordinators of Community Services (CCS), and medical teams to ensure each support plan delivers the highest quality of life.
